Not often seen, the 43DS fits neatly between the more common 42 and 44. Slightly differing from its relatives, the 43 maintains styling consistent with ‘traditional’ blue water, ocean going yachts.

Starting aft, teak-lined swim platform with folding stainless steel swim ladder, walk through transom with removable seat section. Excellent comfort and visibility from the upgraded helm chair and recently replaced clears. Easy access around the central helm, with folding table forward. Plenty of storage under cockpit seating. All sail trimming done from the cockpit also, with four two-speed Harken winches.

Down into the saloon is where the 43DS is in a league of its own. The light and airy feel provided by the 8 huge, wrap-around windows makes these yachts truly stand out. L-shaped galley to starboard, with separate fridge, freezer and ice box. 2 bowl sink and 2 burner gas stove/oven on gimbal.

Moving forward, wrap around seating with fold-out table, and two seats surrounding the chart table easily seats 5.

Arguably the most attractive feature of all deck saloon yachts, the full-beam width master cabin aft. Spacious is an understatement, with storage everywhere. Private access to main head, with separate shower.

In the bow, another spacious v-berth with own wet-head, and two small bunks to starboard.

Le Reve is also very well equipped, in-mast furling, 1 month old Dacron mainsail, 2-year-old Dacron headsail on Facnor furler. Watermaker with plenty of water storage, huge battery bank, solar panels, full Raymarine suite of electronics and sidepower bow thruster.

Sea Ray 440 Express Bridge

The express bridge line of cruisers from Sea Ray are a unique take on the classic flybridge cruiser. From the flybridge, a few short steps directly through the windscreen provide access to the large foredeck area. No more balancing on gunwales, access to the front of the boat is easy and safe enough for anyone. Also in the flybridge, a large bench seat that can be used as a day bed allows the space to become another entertainment area, rather than just a helm position.

A custom extended hardtop over the aft entertaining area provides reprieve from the elements, and with seating for up to eight guests around the outdoor dining table, space is no concern. Stainless steel davits hold the 3m Polycraft tender with Garmin combo and a 15hp Yamaha outboard, watersports aren’t out of the question.

The interior on ‘Gemini’ is where she shows her size. Being a two cabin two bathroom layout, plus the convertible saloon dinette means plenty of space for a family plus guests. The master cabin in the bow has a full-size bed and private ensuite with separate shower. The second cabin also has direct access to a second head.

Midship, the saloon is spacious and inviting with lounge seating to port, a small desk, breakfast bar and galley to starboard. The galley includes a 3 burner electric hotplate, microwave and full height Vitrifrigo fridge/freezer.

Recently repowered with reconditioned Cummins 370hp motors and a new Onan 8kva genset.

Riviera M400 Sports Cruiser

The Riviera M400 needs no introduction. A huge innovation in the sports cruiser class when launched, and still maintaining that level of class and elegance years later.

This is an excellent example of the renowned cruiser, having the ideal engine configuration of two Volvo Penta 370hp diesel stern drives. Providing outstanding performance, fuel efficiency and reliability these low hour engines are a perfect match for the M400 hull.

The large teak swim platform allows for easy boarding and flows into the large L-shaped lounge with seating for six. An extra seating space opposite the helm provides ample space for guests to spread out. Excellent visibility from the helm and great airflow with twin sunroofs in the hard top.

Downstairs the M400 is just as spacious. Another large lounge area opposite the galley provides a separate living space for either you or the kids. The bathroom is equipped with a vanity, fully separate shower and vacuflush toilet. In the bow is the master cabin, a large island double bed with excellent access from both sides and plenty of storage. Aft is the guest cabin, with another two beds, one single and one double, sleeping a total of 7 including 2 convertible berths.

If you have been looking for a large, diesel-powered sports cruiser it would be a shame to let this one go!

A beautiful boat, the best 43 we have seen.

Built by Riviera as the boat show display boat, used by the factory in magazine promotions and still the boat used in factory brochures! A lovely combination of metalflake grey hull, Amtico flooring, Jacquard upgrade to flybridge upholstery, loads of extras, all professionally maintained by experienced owners.

Sequel is highly optioned, fully serviced to meticulous standards and presents in excellent condition.

The 43 Open has two cabins, superior saloon and galley layout and excellent sea handling and performance.
