Ready to set sail anywhere in the world or cruise the bay for the weekend. This is a highly equipped and proven blue water cruiser having sailed the Queensland coast in 2022 and over to the New Caledonian and Vanuatu island groups in 2023.

LaiLai Lady is one of the popular 45’s from Beneteau Oceanis range offering additional storage with the renovation of the third cabin into a pantry/lazarette and the other 2 cabins with a full head each.

The first thing you will notice when stepping aboard LaiLai Lady is the spacious cockpit. With so much beam carried so far aft, twin helm makes sense. The width aft gives far more room than others in its class, perfect for entertaining guests.

Boarding via the stern is effortless with the electric fold down swim platform that hovers just above water level. This increases the volume of the cockpit even further, a leap above other boats in her class. A folding swim ladder makes boarding from the water just as easy. When not deployed, the platform becomes the helm seating. No, there’s no on wire-backrest while at the helm, custom extended stainless rails add an extra level of comfort. The custom bracket for the gas BBQ is in the perfect position to cook up a storm while standing on the swim platform yet can also be swung to cook from the cockpit if required.

The innovative integration of the 12” Simrad chart plotter into the cockpit table swivels to be viewed from either helm position. Being a 2-cabin version, the port side lazarette is cavernous, holding numerous spares and other equipment it is dubbed ‘The Chandlery’ by the current owner. To starboard is a standard-sized lazarette. Aft, there are 2 more lazarettes for sports, beach and other gear.

With three electric Harken winches, sail handling is a breeze and makes it possible to sail shorthanded, even solo if necessary.

Downstairs, LaiLai Lady feels spacious and modern. Excellent headroom, well-equipped L-shaped galley, genius convertible nav table finished with stylish timber, upholstery, and accent lighting. Forward is the spacious and private owner’s cabin with large double bed, full en-suit and hanging closets.  Aft to port is the large custom pantry where the current owner has an additional 60L portable fridge/freezer and even more storage room for provisions. Aft to starboard is a spacious double guest Cabin with its own access to the second full head, and starboard midship is the convertible dinette.

LaiLai Lady is also fitted with a bow thruster, making docking just a little bit less stressful.
