Raby Bay Marina’s 75 floating berths are in high demand due to its excellent facilities and location relatively close to the best of what Moreton Bay has to offer. Berths are available to rent on a casual basis with rates available for daily, weekly, 4 weekly, 13 weekly, 26 weeks and 52 weeks. Rental rates include water and electricity, access to the marina amenities block, gated fenced carpark. A security key deposit is payable for an electronic key tag.

The average depth in the marina is 4m. Deep draft vessels should be aware of a shallow area immediately outside Raby Bay in the main channel entrance where depths are approx 2.1m LWS. The marina is sheltered, has wide berths and generous access. It is surrounded by a boardwalk with alfresco bars and restaurants and is adjacent to shopping centres and the Cleveland railway station.

Contractors working on boats staying in our marina are required to complete the contractor indemnity form (see below), and to provide us with a copy of their current insurance to keep on file. We also need to have prior notice from the boat owner to give the contractor access to the berth arm.

Marina berths are available from 10m to 21m for Monohulls and from 10m to 16m for Multihulls

Applying for a marina berth is easy. All you have to do is simply fill out the Marina Berth Application with your details and the details of your vessel. We will also ask for your contacts in case of an emergency as well as your boat insurance information including your insurance provider. You will also be asked what type of application you are submitting, whether it be an application for berth ownership, casual or long term rental.
